Michael III-Pimps and Poachers is a tale with a double timeline, bringing the past to the present in a most dynamic way. It is 1980, and the McCants family is enjoying their annual family Thanksgiving Day reunion. Forty-odd years later, in 2022, the first grandchild of Frank and Martha McCants is beginning another chapter in his life when a new work partner is forced upon him. An alpha female that pushes him to boundaries he never knew exist.
As with Michael II, Michael III continues the story of the adventures of the Detroit McCants. An unknown family member surfaces. How they merge this new member into the fold is a problem that must be resolved. In addition, a new threat surfaces in the forest of India. Poachers are threatening the Dual compound and only Michael and Robert can resolve the problem before it’s too late.
The youngest of the McCants sons finds love halfway around the world. Great-grandmother Esmeralda extends her influence into the lives of our two heroes. An old adversary from the battle in the Sundarbans re-surfaces in a deadly way. And the hunt for monsters in both timelines can only provide the reader with an action-packed thriller of a novel.
